Event Details

Help us select new programs for our speakers bureau, Humanities to Go, by serving as an evaluator at our June 11 Humanities Fair in Concord. From 12:30 – 5:00 pm at Pleasant View Retirement in Concord, we will gather to evaluate as many as 25 different programs, from illustrated talks to living history presentations to lecture-performances in every discipline of the humanities – history, literature, philosophy, and cultural studies. Join us for an hour or for the entire afternoon.

Humanities to Go programs are available to community non-profits and ad hoc groups and funded by Humanities Council grants. The programs are open to the public free of charge. Last year, we offered 418 Humanities to Go programs in 205 different communities.

Learn more about Humanities to Go and register today to join us at the Humanities Fair. Contact our office with questions at 603-224-4071.

New Hampshire Humanities Council

The New Hampshire Humanities Council is a private non-profit organization that strengthens New Hampshire by providing free public humanities programs in its communities. While the Humanities Council's mission is specific to New Hampshire, we are not part of the state government. We are part of a national network of Humanities Councils affiliated with the National Endowment for the Humanities. We rely on individual, corporate, and foundation support for our diverse programs, which foster reflection, discussion, and civil debate where people live, work, study, and play. Learn more about us on our website at www.nhhc.org.
